With much excitement, today we celebrate yet another milestone with one of our phenomenal imports' successes here on the West Coast. We are absolutely thrilled to congratulate Golden Road—previously known as PF's Galant Du Mesnil—on his WIN of the 2024 Desert International Horse Parks $100,000 WCHR West Coast Hunter Spectacular.
Golden Road—previously known as PF's Galant Du Mesnil—was thoughtfully selected out of hundreds of stallions in Europe by Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, then imported and developed at our sport horse operation in Southern California. Golden Road was sold in late December 2023 to Balmoral, the current owner of Golden Road, whom we congratulate on their most recent great achievement.
Notably, Ryan Pedigo recalls a very memorable conversation with Balmoral's Carleton Brooks regarding Golden Road prior to their purchase of him. Ryan shares with Carleton, prior to Carleton setting eyes on Golden Road for the first time: "This horse will be one of the most famous hunters in the country, mark my words; this is one of the most talented young horses in the country. His jump and scope are going to leave your jaw on the floor."
Nothing is more fulfilling than to see our great vision and dream come to fruition, yet once again with our World Class Sport Horses. We are thrilled to announce that Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses will be continuing to offer foals to young sport horses sired by Golden Road—previously known as PF's Galant Du Mesnil.
